Overview

MedView Paperless prompts to save files when scanning scripts before the script uploads to MedView Paperless.

Steps

1. Connect to the computer that has the ScanSnap Scanner attached to it.
2. Open the ScanSnap Home app.
3. Click MedView Paperless profile.
4. Under Managing options, make sure the Type field is set to PC (Scan to file) and save the changes.
   
5. From ScanSnap Home, select Settings > Preferences.
6. On the General tab, make sure that Action while scanning only has the below two options selected and then click OK.
   • Show the progress window during a scan.
   • Save the RAW data.
     
7. Test again by scanning some scripts. They should now upload straight away.
