Fred Dispense
Overview
Follow the steps below to generate reports in Fred Dispense and save them as PDF files that can then be attached to emails or stored on the computer without having to print them.
Steps
From the Setup menu, select System Configuration.
The Printer settings display.Take note of the printer name that is set for the Report Printer. You will need to change back to this printer once you are finished generating the PDF reports.
- Change the Report Printer to Microsoft Print to PDF using the dropdown menu, then click Save.
- Generate the relevant report.
- Click Print at the top of the report.
You will then be prompted to save the PDF in a location. - Give the report a name and click Save.
The report can then be attached to emails as required or stored in digital format on the computer. - Change the printer back by repeating steps 1 and 2, but instead revert the Report Printer back to the original printer noted in step 1. Click Save to confirm this change.
