Fred Office Plus
Overview
The Hide Scripts function is mostly used for uncollected scripts waiting at the POS.
The Hide function returns the item stock (committed stock) and removes the script from the wait screen at the POS. This cannot be undone.
Currently there isn't a report to show uncollected script that have been hidden by a user.
Scripts should only be hidden if they are no longer required to be sold at POS or will not be edited in the near future.
If a script is hidden by accident, this cannot be undone. The script will need to be cancelled and redispensed.
Steps
- Log into Fred Office.
- Click on Activity.
- Click on Script folder then select the Uncollected Scripts tab.
- Select script you want to remove from POS and click Hide.
