Hide a transaction from printing on a statement

To hide a transaction or adjustment from printing on a statement, you will need to match a transaction of the opposite type (debit or credit) for the same value during the statement period. For example, if the selected reverse activity is a credit, there will be a corresponding debit, and vice versa.

This feature is only available if the transactions being hidden are in the same statement period.

These "hidden" activities will still show in Fred Office Plus, however, will not print on the statement.

1. Go to Contacts, then select Accounts.
2. Search for and open the account of interest.
3. Click Activity.
4. Right-click on the activity to hide and select Hide Activity.
   
5. Click the relevant transaction from the list of available reverse activities.
   
6. Click OK.
7. A tick now displays in the Hidden columns for those transactions.
   
8. Click Save and Close.
