If you need to edit a customer's account details or set up auto charge, refer to Create and configure a customer account.

Make an account adjustment

1. Go to Contacts, then select Accounts.
2. Search for and open the relevant account.
3. Click Adjustment.

4. Enter the adjustment details.

   A date change is not recommended, instead enter the reason for the change using the Comments field. (This information will appear on the customer statement unless Hidden).

5. Click OK.
6. Click Save and Close.

Reconcile adjustments and payments

Find Account Adjustment information

1. Go to Reporting, then select Customer Reports.
2. Open the Account Activity report.
3. Leave the Account Format filter set to Credit.
4. Select the Start and End date via the Transaction Between filter.
5. Select Adjustments via the Activity Type filter.
6. Click Run Report.
7. Click and drag the Transaction Date column into the column heading.

Find Account Payment Information - account type

1. Go to Reporting, then select Customer Reports.
2. Open the Account Activity report.
3. Leave the Account Format filter set to Credit.
4. Click Personal, Supplier, TAC, W/C and/or Other (if applicable).
5. Select the Start and End date via the Transaction Between filter.
6. Click Run Report.
7. View the bottom grid line under the Payments column.

Find Account Payment Information - credit accounts

1. Go to Reporting, then select Customer Reports.
2. Open the Account Activity report.
3. Leave the Account Format filter set to Credit.
4. Select the Start and End date via the Transaction Between filter.
5. Click Run Report.
6. Click and drag the Transaction Date column into the column heading.

7. Click Payments column heading to sort.

   You can also right-click on the Activity Type column heading and select Group By This Column.

Find Account Payment Information - for a specific account

1. Go to Contacts, then select Accounts.

   If using the buttons this will automatically default to Charge Open.

2. Search for and open the relevant account.
3. Click Activity.
4. Click Account Type column heading to sort.
5. View Transaction Date for payments.
