Fred Office Plus
Go to Drugs to view drug cards. Drugs are created in Fred Dispense and flow across to Fred Office Plus (they are not created in Fred Office Plus). Drugs from Fred Dispense MUST be matched or linked to Items in Fred Office Plus.
Stock on hand and sales information is recorded against Items (not drugs). This means, without correct linking, stock on hand information will not be correctly recorded. This will impact your usage information and prevent accurate Ordering and Reporting.
When a drug first arrives in Fred Office Plus (from Fred Dispense usually via the drug update), Fred Office Plus will attempt to automatically match it to an existing item. If it cannot find a match the drug must then be manually matched to an item.
