MedView Flow Docket Printing - Set up and Configure Docket Printer

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to install an Epson Thermal Printer and enable docket printing for MedView Flow.

Prerequisites

• Store using MedView Flow
• Epson Thermal Receipt printer from the TM8xxxx range, connected to a Dispense terminal with the latest Epson APD Driver installed.

Setup

1. From the Start menu, search for and open Printers and Scanners.
2. Select the Epson printer and click Printing Preferences.

3. From the Feed and Cut tab, ensure the following options are selected/enabled:

   Preset Option

   • Page [Feed,Cut]

   Detail Option

   • End of Page (all other tabs should be blank)
   • Select Custom
   • Select End of Page
   • Cutting method: Cut
     
   • Feeding amount: 5.0mm

   

Configuration for MedView Flow/Browser

When docket printing prompts, it defaults to the Windows default browser.

1. Select the Epson printer.
2. Click More Settings and deselect Headers and footers.
3. Click Print.
