How do I report on patient notes?

Overview

The Patient Details report displays details for the currently selected patient. Any patient notes recorded via CTRL+N display on the bottom of the report.

This report also shows:

• The number of scripts owing for this patient (if applicable).
• Details of linked Family members.

Run a patient details report

1. From the Reports menu, select Patient, then select Patient Details.
   
2. The Patient Details report displays, with the Patient Notes listed at the bottom of the report.
