Fred Office Plus
Overview
Fred Office reports can be scheduled and sent automatically, whether it be a one-off report or a periodic report with a set time frame.
Steps
- In Fred Office Plus, make sure the report you want to schedule is saved against your profile. Saved reports display under User Reports.
- Click User Reports to see your saved reports here.
If the report you want to schedule isn't here, you will need to go back and open up the report you want to use and click Save Report or Save Report As.
- With your saved report displaying under User Reports, select it in the list and click Schedule Report.
- The Report Schedule window displays.
- Select the Enable this report to be run on a schedule checkbox.
Here you can select the time the report sends and how often. In the example below we are setting the report to run at 2am every month on the 1st. - Once this has been set, select the Email Delivery tab at the top.
- Enter in the email address you want to send the report to and click OK.
If you want to send to multiple email addresses, enter them separated by a semicolon (;) as shown below.
If all is set successfully you should be able to see the schedule run time in the user report window.
