Hide Own Brand Drugs

Fred Dispense

Overview

Fred Dispense allows additions of private drugs to the "Own Brand Drug" database. If a particular Own Brand Drug is no longer used, follow this guide to hide the drug so it does not display in searches when dispensing.

Steps

1. From the top menus in Fred Dispense, click on Lists > Own Brand Drugs.
2. Search for and select the Own Brand Drug you want to hide.
3. In the Supplier Code box, type HID.
   
   

   Deleting an Own Brand Drug will prevent you from being able to edit dispensed scripts involving that drug.

4. Click Save to save the changes.
