Reclaim a script that has been placed On Hold

Overview

Putting a script On Hold will exclude the script/claim from the current claim period. When you are ready to remove the claim from the On Hold status in order to transmit to PBS for claiming, you need to select Reclaim.

Steps

1. Edit the script by pressing [F4] or [CTRL] + [E] followed by the script number.
2. In the Wait Screen, select Reclaim Rx (or press M).
