How to clear Promotion and Discounts

Use the Clear Promotional Details quick action to:

• Clear any promotional details that are currently applied. 

  This will remove the sale price or discount price as well as clearing the sale dates.

• Cancel a promotion that is currently active.

Steps

1. Select Pricing, then Promotions.
2. Right-click the relevant promotion and select Perform Quick Action.
3. Expand Promotions, select Clear Promotional Details and then click Next.
4. Preview the changes, then select the checkbox to Confirm you wish to apply changes and  then click Next.
5. Click Finish.

   You have successfully completed clearing promotion details.
