Fred Dispense
Each pharmacist or dispense technician that dispenses needs to be set up in Fred Dispense. This includes locum pharmacists.
Add a locum pharmacist
- Select Lists > Pharmacists.
- Fill in the Initials, Surname, and Firstname.The Initials must be unique for your site.
- Select a User Category.
- For Pharmacists and Supervising Pharmacists:
- Enter the AHPRA Number. If you do not know the AHPRA number, click Search to look it up.
- Validate IHI by clicking Validate.
- Enter Registration Number, if known.
- Click Save.
Set up passwords
Depending on your situation, you may also need to set up a password for the new pharmacist/dispensary technician.
