How to import a spreadsheet of items into a Draft Order

Overview

You can import a spreadsheet of items into a draft order.

You can use Import Wizard if you need to map columns or use Quick Import which uses the Quick Export column mapping as shown below.

Steps

1. Login into Fred Office Plus.
2. Go to Ordering, then select Drafts.
3. Click Create new draft.
4. Click Import Wizard.
5. Select the file to be imported and follow the steps on the Wizard.
   The items will now be in the order for you.
