Dispense Label Printing Upside Down

Issue

Fred Dispense labels are printing upside down.

Cause

One of the main causes is a manufacturing error resulting in labels rolled the wrong way.

Resolution

If the label is F5 format, there is no method to flip the printing orientation.

You will need to use a new roll of labels.

If the label is L4 format, open Fred Dispense, the follow the steps below.

1. Select Setup > Dispense options > Label Printer.
2. Next to Label Format, enter R in the Blank field to reverse printing.
