How to fix an R811 rejection - The patient is registered for CTG, but the CTG field is not populated

Overview

For CTG customers, a script might sometimes be rejected with error code R811, stating 'The patient is registered for CTG, but the CTG field is not populated,' even though the patient is marked as CTG in their maintenance screen. This article provides a method that may help resolve the rejection.

Steps

1. In Fred Dispense Plus, highlight the rejected script on the wait screen.
2. Click the Edit button to enter edit mode for that rejected script.
3. While still in edit mode, press F8 to open the patient maintenance screen.
4. Change the CTG toggle to NO, then save and make sure to finalise the script.
   
5. Repeat steps 1, 2, and 3, but this time, change the CTG toggle back to YES and save.
   
6. Finalize the script again. This should resend the correct CTG information for this script, and the script should be accepted.
