Fred Dispense Plus
Overview
This guide will provide steps to assist you in adjusting the label alignment/offset from the printer driver for Fred Dispense Plus.
We recommend using the Seagull driver, so if the machine does not have Seagull driver setup, please install the printer with a Seagull driver using this guide: Setup a Dispensary Label Printer.
Steps
- Print a sample label to get an approximate idea of the adjustment required.
- From Control Panel > Devices and Printers, locate your printer driver, then right click and select Printer properties.
- Next, select the General tab and click Preferences.
- Select the Page Setup tab and click Advanced Options.
- Under Position Adjustment, you will set the Offset values to change the alignment.

Moving to the right or left:
Adjust the required value for Horizontal Offset, where a positive value moves the text to the right, and a negative value moves the text to the left.

Moving up/down:
Adjust the required values for Vertical Offset, where a positive value moves the label text down and a negative value moves the text up.

Moving to the right or left:
- After making adjustments, click Apply and test another label from dispense. There may be some trial and error to get a perfect result.
- Once the alignment is correct, click OK.
